We are proud to announce that ALEX Fulfilment Services Pte Ltd has officially changed its name to A21 Distribution Pte Ltd.
This rebranding marks an important milestone in our journey as part of the Alliance 21 Group, reflecting a stronger and more unified identity across our group of companies. While our name has evolved, our purpose remains unchanged; to deliver dependable transportation, warehousing, fulfilment, and logistics solutions that help our customers operate and grow with confidence.
The new name better represents our role within the Alliance 21 Group, which comprises:
- Alliance 21 Pte Ltd – International freight forwarding services, including air freight, multimodal freight, customs clearance, and related logistics solutions.
- A21 Distribution Pte Ltd – Transportation, warehousing, fulfilment, and logistics support services.
- LEAD Management Pte Ltd – Digital transformation and technology solutions, powering ALEX.world platform development, system integrations, and innovation across the Group.
We would like to assure our customers, partners, and suppliers that this is a change in name only. Our legal entity remains the same, with UEN 200700974G unchanged, and our existing bank account details remain unchanged. There will be no impact to our day-to-day operations, service commitments, or business relationships.
