Operations Distribution Specialist (Warehouse)

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Distribution Specialist to support daily warehouse/transport operations. This role includes inventory handling, order preparation, crossdocking and general housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Receive and arrange goods in the company’s warehouse premises.
• Accurately manage and record inventory in the company warehouse management system.
• Pick, pack, and arrange to dispatch items for delivery.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods, as well as stuffing and unstuffing of containers.
• Conduct routine inventory checks including cycle counts and stocktaking.
• Overseeing the cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain and operate warehouse equipment.

Requirements

• Able to operate company lifting equipment such as forklift, stackers and pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Forklift certification (Preferred)
• Prior experience in warehouse or housekeeping roles is an advantage.
• Class 3 Driving license (Required)
• Class 4 driving license (Preferred)
