Human Capital Specialist

Main Purpose
The HCS is responsible for attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining talent across the Group. The role serves as a strategic human resource partner ensuring the organisation has the right people, capabilities, culture, and processes to support sustainable growth. The position combines talent acquisition, employee learning and development, performance management, HR administration, and organisational support while upholding the Group's core purpose, vision, mission, and SPECIALIST values.
Key Responsibilities
- To manage calendars, meetings, minutes.
- To serve as the primary liaison between SMB, employees, and external stakeholders.
- To handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- To maintain organised HR, employee, and corporate records and filing systems.
- To support workforce planning and recruitment across group of companies.
- To coordinate end-to-end hiring activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
- To manage onboarding, induction, transfers, promotions, and employee confirmations.
- To coordinate employee offboarding, exit interviews, and clearance processes.
- To administer employee performance appraisal and development programmes.
- To coordinate internal and external training, learning, and professional development initiatives.
- To monitor employee engagement, culture-building, staff welfare and ACTS programmes.
- To ensure compliance with employment regulations, company policies, and HR best practices.
- To support government grants, workforce initiatives, and monitor developments in HR-related regulations.
- To maintain employee asset assignment, issuance, recovery, and inventory records.
- To drive continuous improvement of human capital processes through digitalisation, automation, and organisational development initiatives.
