Are you passionate about the freight and logistics industry and ready to take your career into sales? We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Executive to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and expand our freight forwarding services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their shipping and logistics requirements.
• Promote the company's air freight, sea freight, warehousing, and logistics solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service presentations for prospective clients.
• Conduct sales visits, networking activities, and market research to generate leads.
• Negotiate rates and service agreements with customers.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in the system.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation industry.
• Possess sound knowledge of air freight, sea freight, import/export processes, and logistics operations.
• Interested in building a career in sales and business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driving license will be an advantage.
